This release focuses on richer product content management, smarter AI-assisted authoring, and stronger data integrity across the catalog. Key highlights:
Automated product imagery via Cloudinary, reducing manual image uploads while preserving the manual option as a fallback.
Reusable AI prompts on attributes, so teams no longer re-type instructions every time they use "Suggest with AI."
A significantly upgraded Content Bucket with full search, pagination, sorting, and filtering for easier content discovery.
Improved Keywords Management with preserved context, expanded sorting/filtering, and site-specific usage counts.
New Features
Automated product and variant images via Cloudinary. When an active Cloudinary integration is connected and matching product/SKU image mappings already exist, products and variants now display those images automatically — no manual upload required. If no Cloudinary asset is available or the integration is inactive, the existing manual upload flow on product and variant detail pages remains fully available, so there is no disruption to current workflows.
Enhanced Content Bucket discovery. Content Bucket now has its own dedicated search capability, delivering a richer listing experience. This adds pagination, keyword search, sorting, filters, and suggestions, making it far easier to locate and navigate content at scale.
Reusable AI prompt configuration on attributes. Eligible String and Text attributes can now store a reusable AI prompt directly from the attribute detail page. Saved prompts are automatically used by the "Suggest with AI" experience in product and variant forms, so AI generation starts from the stored prompt without users needing to re-enter instructions each time — saving time and ensuring consistent output.
Keywords Management context retention and filtering. Keyword context is now preserved when navigating to related product and variant usage pages, so users don't lose their place. The module also adds expanded sorting, dynamic filtering, and archived-item filtering on usage listings — letting users focus on active records while still keeping total usage counts visible.
Finish column swatches in the variant view. The Finish column now displays a color swatch box instead of plain text, matching the existing Color column behavior. Each swatch includes the finish name in a hover tooltip, so users can quickly identify the value visually.
Site-specific usage counts for keywords. Keyword search results now include site-specific product and variant usage counts. These counts also enable sorting directly on the Product Usage and Variant Usage columns.
Product Line and Collection on the Product Detail Page. Products now display their associated Product Line and Collection as read-only information on the Product Detail Page.
Improved "Add Variant" flow from the Product Detail Page. "Add Variant" now opens a modal with two distinct paths: linking existing variants and creating new ones. Users can add one or more non-archived existing variants directly to the product, while the new-variant path continues to collect key details before opening the full variant detail experience.
Improvements
More reliable attribute preview. Attribute preview now consistently reflects the version the user currently has open, making validation more dependable. Template selection also immediately refreshes dependent variant field data, removing the previous need to unselect and reselect a template to see updated results.
Smarter Attribute Impact popup. The Attribute Impact popup now appears only when an attribute genuinely affects a template — whether used directly in a template or indirectly through a group mapped to a template. Attributes that have no impact no longer trigger the popup, reducing unnecessary interruptions.
Release notes badge. The release button now displays a badge showing the number of newly available releases, giving users a clear signal when new release notes are ready to review.
Complete product listings in Search and Select dropdowns. Search and Select dropdowns now return the complete product listing rather than a limited subset. Product name search has also been improved so matching items are easier to find and appear more prominently in results.
New side-panel widget on the Product Detail Page. The Product Detail Page now includes a dedicated side-panel widget for Product Line and Collection information. It presents linked data in a read-only format with direct navigation actions, and shows an empty state with quick access when no linked records exist.
Bug Fixes
Stale references on archived products. Archived products no longer retain outdated Product Line and Collection references, preventing stale relationship data from appearing after a product is archived.
Collection visibility when archiving a Product Line. Archiving a Product Line now removes it from the Catalog and hides its associated Collections, so collection visibility correctly follows the archived state of its parent Product Line.
Duplicate content bucket ID validation restored. Creating a content bucket with an ID that already exists now returns an error instead of allowing the duplicate to proceed, restoring proper duplicate-ID validation on creation.
Duplicate validation for special-character names. Duplicate validation for Product Line and Collection creation has been corrected for names containing special characters. Users can now create names with and without special characters without triggering a false duplicate error.
Content bucket update behavior.Updating a content bucket now correctly creates the record when the provided ID does not already exist, restoring the expected behavior for update requests against missing IDs.
Brand selection on first attempt. Brand selection now applies correctly the first time. Users no longer need to select a brand twice for the value to save.
Activation/deactivation dates affecting Catalog availability.Activation and deactivation dates for Product Lines and Collections now correctly affect Catalog availability. Records and their related products are included or excluded based on the configured active date window.
