This release introduces a centralized Keyword Management system and significant performance enhancements to the Product Detail Page (PDP).

New Features & Enhancements

1. Centralized Keyword & List Management Module

We have introduced a powerful new suite of tools for PIM/ Catalog Managers to maintain data consistency across the platform.

  • Global Keyword Repository: A new "Manage Keywords" screen allows you to view, edit, and organize all keywords captured from text attributes in one central location.

  • Smart Lists: Group keywords into reusable lists and attach them to specific attributes. This ensures team members choose from approved values on the Product Detail Page (PDP).

  • Bulk Operations: Save time by renaming or deleting keywords in bulk.

  • Quick Previews: Click on list names to see contents instantly without leaving your current page.

  • Smarter Data Entry: When entering string attributes, the PDP now suggests allowed values from your attached keyword lists, reducing manual entry errors.

2. Attribute Updates

  • Audit Visibility: Audit logs now track "Draft" states. You can now see when a product has been saved as a draft versus fully published, preventing conflicting edits between team members.

  • Site Consistency: Attributes can now be synchronized across all sites within a tenant automatically, ensuring your data remains uniform across your entire digital ecosystem.

3. User Interface Improvements

  • System Performance: The platform has been upgraded to the latest Angular framework to ensure a faster, more secure, and responsive interface.

Bug Fixes

  • Import Accuracy: Resolved issues where imports were incorrectly creating data for archived sites or failing to format specific characters (like ;,) in string attributes.

  • Brand Selection: Fixed a bug that automatically assigned a default brand to new products; users now have full manual control over brand assignments.

  • Template Sorting: Corrected an issue where the "Last Updated" timestamp would reset unexpectedly, causing templates to jump to the top of your list.

  • Validation Logic: Enhanced the publishing feed to ensure "invalid" attributes (missing descriptions or IDs) are flagged before they go live, maintaining higher data quality.

  • Search Relevance: Fixed a sorting error in the attribute search to ensure exact matches are prioritized correctly.
