A series of updates have been deployed to improve content creation, management, and configuration across Sanity and NCP:
Tabular Data for PDP.
Content Buckets: Introduced a new content bucket feature enabling developers to reference Sanity content via structured buckets. Includes built-in validation and dynamic schema generation for content attributes.
In-Page Table Data Creation: Content creators can now create and link Table Data documents directly from product pages, enabling real-time content association across PDPs, listing, and editing views.
Table Data Management Section: Added a dedicated section for viewing and editing Table Data documents, supporting shared content updates independent of specific products.
Enhanced Search Functionality: Implemented title-based search to quickly locate and associate existing content, streamlining content linking workflows.
Dynamic Schema Framework: Developed a flexible schema structure that supports adding new content types without code changes or rebuilds, improving scalability and agility.
Streamlined Publishing Workflow: New and edited content is now automatically published to Sanity, eliminating the draft state and accelerating go-live cycles.
Sanity Configuration Enhancements: Added tenant-specific API key and environment URL configuration for both production and lower environments (Denver Mattress and Furniture Row).
New Configuration Page: Introduced a Sanity Configuration Page in NCP for simplified integration management.
Improvements to existing functionality.
Bulk Update Improvements: Bulk operations now support simultaneous deactivation and archiving without unnecessary version increments, optimizing product management.
Erase AI Content: Added a one-click Erase AI Content button on PDPs for duplicated products, expediting cleanup and new content generation.
Remove Meta Keywords Fields: Requested to remove the field from visibility on the product edit page as well as removing the field from any bulk import, bulk update, etc. functions.
