What’s New
Fortiva REST Integration
Our system now uses Fortiva’s REST APIs instead of SOAP for payment processing.
This update aligns with Fortiva’s latest integration requirements and recommendations.
No Customer-Facing Changes
There are no changes to the customer checkout experience.
Customers will continue to use Fortiva exactly as before, with no impact on flow, pricing, or functionality.
Configuration Updates in NoChannel Portal
A new Fortiva REST configuration has been added to the NoChannel Portal.
Administrators can now securely manage the pre-shared key (PSK) required for Fortiva REST authentication.
Sensitive credentials are stored securely and validated as part of the setup.
Validation & Testing
A full end-to-end Fortiva order was successfully placed in production using the new REST integration.
A production refund was also completed and validated in coordination with the Fortiva team.
These tests confirm the integration is stable and functioning as expected.
Why This Matters
Improves security by moving away from legacy SOAP authentication.
Ensures long-term compatibility with Fortiva’s supported APIs.
Provides a more maintainable and resilient integration going forward.
